Deputada ainda teria pedido ao criminoso para invadir contas de e-mail e telefone de Alexandre de Moraes
Walter Delgatti Neto declarou à Polícia Federal (PF) que a deputada Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) o procurou para invadir uma urna eletrônica. Delgatti também afirmou que a deputada redigiu o texto original da ordem de prisão contra o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes, e que teria lhe pedido para invadir as contas de e-mail e o telefone do ministro.
No depoimento, Delgatti disse que não conseguiu invadir o sistema das urnas brasileiras nem o celular do ministro – mas que, ao conseguir acessar o e-mail do magistrado em 2019, não teria encontrado nada comprometedor. Delgatti foi preso em 2019.
O juiz Ricardo Leite, 10ª Vara Federal de Brasília, determinou no último doa 10 a soltura de Walter Delgatti Neto. Ele havia sido detido no final do mês passado em razão de ter descumprido medidas restritivas determinadas pelo Judiciário.
Delgatti havia sido preso após a PF apontar que que ele estaria usando um e-mail vinculado a uma conta bancária para angariar doações por meio de Pix e que tinha tirado fotos para comprovar a veracidade da identidade em sites de compra feitas após a proibição de acesso à internet. Além disso, a PF aponta que ele se ausentou dos endereços fornecidos pela Justiça em Araraquara e Ribeirão Preto sem autorização da Justiça.
O investigado, porém, argumentou que acessou a internet em razão de ser este o seu objeto de trabalho, já que trabalha na área de tecnologia.
Walter Delgatti foi detido em julho de 2019 por invadir perfis de Telegram que deram origem aos dados da chamada “Vaza Jato’. As mensagens contribuíram para mudar a posição de parte do Judiciário e garantir a anulação de processos do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT). Por causa das ações nesse caso, ele responde na Justiça por interceptação telefônica ilegal e invasão de dispositivo informático.
