Prova unificada para entrar no serviço público do governo deve ocorrer até março de 2024
O Ministério da Gestão e da Inovação em Serviços Públicos (MGI) anunciou na sexta-feira (29) que 20 órgãos vão participar da prova unificada do governo federal para a seleção de novos servidores, o “Enem dos concursos públicos”.
Ao todo, 6.590 vagas serão preenchidas nesta primeira edição, prevista para ocorrer em 2024.
Com a prova unificada, os candidatos vão poder concorrer a várias vagas (de uma mesma área de atuação) em diferentes órgãos federais, pagando uma única taxa de inscrição.
Entre os cargos disponíveis no concurso unificado, estão os de engenheiro, arquiteto, economista, psicólogo, entre outros. A lista de órgãos federais que aderiram ao novo modelo inclui ministérios da Educação e da Saúde, Funai, Incra e IBGE.
De acordo com a portaria do governo, o prazo para a publicação do edital é até 20 de dezembro. As provas devem ocorrer até março e o resultado final da etapa unificada, até maio de 2024.
Carreiras e cargos oferecidos por órgão federal
Os candidatos vão pagar uma única taxa de inscrição e concorrer a várias vagas dentro de uma mesma área de atuação. Vai funcionar assim, segundo o governo:
- No momento da inscrição, o candidato vai escolher uma das áreas de atuação que estarão disponíveis no edital (por exemplo: administração, agricultura, educação, políticas sociais, etc);
- Depois desta escolha, o candidato deverá indicar seu cargo/carreira por ordem de preferência entre as vagas disponíveis dentro daquela área de atuação. Essa área poderá incluir oportunidades em vários órgãos diferentes;
- A prova será aplicada em um único dia em duas etapas: a primeira, formada por questões objetivas com matriz comum a todos os candidatos, e a segunda, com questões específicas e dissertativas de cada área de atuação;
- Após a prova, poderão ser agregadas, a critério dos órgãos ou por determinação legal de carreiras específicas, pontuações relativas à titulação acadêmica, experiência profissional, apresentação de memoriais, provas práticas, etc.
- Para o preenchimento das vagas, a banca vai avaliar o desempenho do candidato na prova e também a ordem de preferência que ele determinou para os cargos;
- Todas as informações serão detalhadas no edital, previsto para ser publicado até o dia 20 de dezembro.
