STJ libera Dino de entregar imagens do 8 de janeiro

Ministra Regina Helena Costa alegou que não ficou demonstrada omissão do ministro da Justiça frente à CPMI

A ministra do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ),  Regina Helena Costa negou liminar pedida por parlamentares da Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) do 8 de janeiro, para obrigar o ministro da Justiça e Segurança Pública, Flávio Dino a entregar as imagens das câmeras do sistema de segurança e monitoramento do Palácio da Justiça nos dias 7 a 9 de janeiro de 2023.

Deputados e senadores alegaram ao STJ que o ministro não entregou todo o material solicitado por requerimentos da CPMI. Mas, para a ministra do STJ, não ficou demonstrada omissão por parte do ministro da Justiça no fornecimento das imagens solicitadas.

O pedido havia sido impetrado por deputados e senadores do PL, Republicanos, Novo, União Brasil e PP.
