Defesa civil diz que as áreas do Litoral Sul, Planalto Sul e Grande Oeste devem ter entre 150 e 200 milímetros de chuva
A prefeitura de Blumenau suspendeu nesta quinta-feira (5) a realização da Oktoberfest até a próxima terça-feira (10) em função da previsão de enchentes para o final de semana. Essa é a primeira vez que uma edição do evento é interrompido após a cerimônia de abertura.
A Defesa Civil de Santa Catarina emitiu mais um alerta para temporais e chuvas volumosas no estado. Segundo o comunicado, entre sexta (6) e domingo (8) há risco para enxurradas, inundações, alagamentos e deslizamentos.
“As instabilidades ganham força, com risco para temporais em todas as regiões, em especial no período da tarde. Os temporais vêm acompanhados com intensas rajadas de vento e eventual queda de granizo, que podem provocar destelhamentos, queda de árvores e danos na rede elétrica. Além disto, os elevados acumulados de precipitação em um curto período de tempo trazem risco para enxurradas e deslizamentos”, afirmou.
A expectativa é que as áreas do Litoral Sul, Planalto Sul e Grande Oeste possam registrar acumulados entre 150 e 200 milímetros.
As chuvas que atingem Santa Catarina já causaram estragos em pelo menos 60 municípios. Até o momento, o estado registrou uma morte em Rio do Oeste, no Alto Vale do Itajaí.
Ao menos 17 cidades já decretaram situação de emergência: Papanduva, Curitibanos, Canoinhas, Brunópolis, Laurentino, Campo Alegre, São Bento do Sul, Ibiam, Jaborá, Corupá, Presidente Getúlio, Frei Rogério, Itaiópolis, Monte Carlo, Erval Velho, Aurora e Mafra.
Segundo a Defesa Civil, 1.084 pessoas foram atingidas, sendo que 504 ficaram desalojadas e 80 estão desabrigadas.
