Decisão judicial determinou suspensão da greve, mas sindicato não cumpriu
Apesar de a justiça ter determinado a suspensão do movimento de greve dos rodoviários, o sindicato da categoria manteve a paralisação total, decidida em assembleia no domingo (5), e motoristas não tiraram os ônibus das garagens na manhã desta segunda-feira (6).
A Justiça havia determinado que 100% das frotas rodassem no horário de pico, entre 6h às 8h30 e das 17h às 19h30. Mas não haviam ônibus nas ruas do DF e do Entorno desde a meia-noite de domingo até as 7h desta segunda-feira.
O Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem do Distrito Federal (DER/DF) liberou nesta segunda-feira, para todos os veículos, as faixas exclusivas nas rodovias distritais. A medida segue até o final do movimento grevista.
A categoria reivindica melhorias trabalhistas, como a renovação do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho e a reposição salarial com ganhos acima da inflação.
A proposta de reajuste salarial da categoria deveria ter sido apresentada até agosto, mas as empresas alegam que sem o aporte do GDF não podem propor nenhuma melhoria salarial.
Em nota, a Central única dos Trabalhadores, ligada ao Sindicato dos Rodoviários do DF, diz que os representantes das empresas propuseram reajuste de 5,33% nos salários, no plano de saúde e no plano odontológico; de 8% no tíquete alimentação e de 10% na cesta básica. Essa proposta, no entanto, foi considerada insatisfatória pela categoria.
