Apesar de prestadoras de telefonia móvel serem obrigadas desde março de 2022 a usarem o prefixo 0303 nas ligações de telemarketing, a regra está sendo burlada e o Bradesco e o G1, ainda por cima, tentam forçar o usuario a ouvir as ligações até o final.
O banco Bradesco e o site G1 se uniram para disseminar mentiras e induzir o usuário a ouvir as propagandas indesejadas.
A Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel), obriga operadoras de telefonia identificarem essas ligações com o número inicial, ou prefixo 0303, com objetivo de ajudar os usuários a identificarem esse tipo de ligação e decidir se aceitarão a chamada ou não.
A regra vale desde março, para as prestadoras de telefonia móvel e deverão ser implementadas pelas operadoras de telefonia fixa em junho.
O uso do código 0303 é obrigatório para atividades de telemarketing de oferta de produtos ou serviços por meio de ligações ou mensagens telefônicas, previamente gravadas ou não e deve aparecer no visor do aparelho claramente.
Além disso, as operadoras de telefonia são obrigadas a bloquear chamadas de telemarketing a pedido do consumidor e empregar os meios tecnológicos necessários para coibir seu uso fora das regras estabelecidas pela Anatel.
As empresas de telefonia não cumprem as regras e o Bradesco aproveita e faz campanha no site G1, que aparentemente sugere boas atitudes, mas é uma “fake news”.
