Bruno Pereira e Dom Phillips usavam embarcação encontrada submersa a 20 metros de profundidade, diz Polícia Civil
A embarcação que era utilizada pelo indigenista Bruno Pereira e pelo jornalista inglês Dom Phillips, no dia do duplo assassinato foi encontrada no Rio do Itacoaí, nas proximidades da comunidade de Cachoeira na noite deste domingo (19), de acordo com a Polícia Civil. A Polícia Federal também confirmou a localização da embarcação.
Segundo a polícia civil, a embarcação foi localizada a cerca de 20 metros de profundidade, emborcada com seis sacos de areia para impedor a flutuação.
Segundo a corporação o barco estava submerso a uma distância de 30 metros da margem direita do Rio do Itacoaí.
Também foram encontrados neste domingo, um motor Yamaha 40 hp, quatro tambores que eram de propriedade do Bruno, sendo três em terra firme e um submerso. Os bens serão submetidos a exames periciais necessários para melhor compreensão de como o assassinato realmente aconteceu.
O terceiro preso pelos assassinatos Jeferson da Silva Lima, conhecido como “Pelado da Dinha” confessou ter sido um dos executores dos assassinatos do indigenista e do jornalista e indicou o local onde o barco foi afundado. Ele se entregou na delegacia de Atalaia do Norte, no interior do Amazonas, na manhã de sábado.
Além dos três presos, outros cinco suspeitos já foram identificados e estão sendo procurados.
