Beneficiários da Codhab receberam as chaves das novas unidades do Residencial Geraldo Dias
A governadora em exercício do Distrito Federal, Celina Leão (PP), entregou as chaves para 40 famílias do Residencial Geraldo Dias, no Riacho Fundo 2, , nesta terça-feira (29).
“Para fazer essa entrega nós melhoramos a iluminação pública, asfalto e todo um investimento que foi feito na região. Temos feito as entregas das moradias acompanhando também com Unidades Básicas de Saúde, escolas e creches. É um compromisso da Câmara Legislativa e do nosso governo fazer as entregas junto também com todos os equipamentos públicos”, disse Celina Leão.
Segundo o Governo do Distrito Federal (GDF), as moradias beneficiam famílias cadastradas na Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional do Distrito Federal (Codhab), com renda entre R$ 1,8 mil a 12 salários mínimos.
O residencial fica no Conjunto 2 da QS 12. Os apartamentos têm 46,35 m². Todos seguem a mesma planta: dois quartos, sala, cozinha com área de serviço e banheiro. O valor médio de cada unidade é de R$ 140 mil.
Segundo os cálculos da Codhab, já foram investidos mais de R$ 25 milhões em infraestrutura na região.
Diretamente na construção do Residencial foram investidos pelo governo R$ 5,6 milhões.
