A Caloriede tem versão com 5,28 metros de comprimento e 1,90 m de largura, medidas parecidas com a de uma Hilux da Toyota e uma versão maior, com eixo estendido, com 5,52 metros de comprimento. A capacidade de carga é de até 795 kg.
Para reduzir custos, a Beijing Auto Works (BAW) não fabricou nenhuma opção 4×4 ou com transmissão automática, sendo um ponto fraco para comercialização.
