O ministro das Comunicações do governo Lula (PT), Juscelino Filho, usou R$ 5 milhões das emendas de relator para asfaltar uma estrada em frente à sua fazenda, em Vitorino Freire (MA), segundo informou o jornal O Estado de S.Paulo nesta 2ª feira (30.jan.2023).
Segundo o Portal da Transparência, o ex-deputado federal enviou R$ 7,5 milhões para obras de pavimentação no município. No entanto, um mapeamento, feito pelo jornal, indicou que o percurso do recurso ligava a conhecidos do ministro, entre eles, sua irmã, Luanna Rezende, prefeita da cidade para onde foi encaminhado o valor das emendas de relator.
A empresa contratada pelo município para a obra é de um amigo de Juscelino Filho, o empresário Eduardo José Barros Costa. O engenheiro da Codevasf (Companhia de Desenvolvimento dos Vales do São Francisco e do Parnaíba) Julimar Alves da Silva Filho foi o responsável por assinar o parecer autorizando o valor orçado para a pavimentação.
Eduardo Costa, conhecido como Eduardo Imperador, foi preso acusado de pagar propina a funcionários federais para obter obras na cidade e de ser sócio oculto da Construservice.
Já o engenheiro da Codevasf, foi afastado sob suspeita de receber R$ 250 mil em propina de Eduardo Imperador.
Os cálculos chegam a R$ 50 milhões. Destes, o deputado teria despachado R$ 16 milhões para Vitorino Freire, onde sua família costuma liderar com aliados há 50 anos. Nada como a impunidade em um país que o Supremo faz a impunidade ser glorificada, privilegiada e muito mais por criminosos conhecidos.
