Deputado federal diz que não há motivos consistentes para afastamento de magistrado
O deputado Deltan Dallagnol (Podemos-PR) lamentou, em seu primeiro discurso na tribuna da Câmara, o afastamento do juiz Marcelo Bretas pelo ConselhoNacionaldeJustiça (CNJ). Em sessão sigilosa nessa terça-feira (28), o CNJ decidiu instaurar Processo Administrativo Disciplinar (PAD) contra Bretas, responsável pela Lava Jato no Rio de Janeiro.
Ele ficará afastado do cargo até a conclusão da investigação. Suspeito de irregularidades na condução de processos, Bretas é alvo de três procedimentos no CNJ. Ao comentar a decisão do Conselho Nacional de Justiça, Deltan, que liderou a força-tarefa da Operação Lava Jato, saiu em defesa de Bretas.
“Hoje é dia de chorar com todas as pessoas que tiveram entes querido morrendo de câncer no hospital Hospital Pedro Ernesto, no Rio de Janeiro, porque 5% da verba de saúde do Rio foi desviada. Hoje é dia de chorar pelas vítimas que morreram soterradas na região serrana do Rio de Janeiro, porque o dinheiro que deveria evitar essas catástrofes foi desviado na Secretaria de Infraestrutura. Um trabalho feito por pessoas criminosas. Foi contra eles que se ergueram Marcelo Bretas e a força-tarefa do Rio de Janeiro”, afirmou Deltan.
“Não há nada de consistente contra o juiz Marcelo Bretas. Não tem sítio, não tem triplex, não tem joias luxuosas, não tem contas no exterior, não tem dinheiro escondido na cueca, não tem diamantes, não tem barras de ouro”, reclamou o ex-procurador da Lava Jato.
