O prefeito de Araucária, Hissan Hussein Dehaini, anunciou nesta terça-feira (25) a saída do partido Cidadania. O desligamento veio após a publicação de reportagens sobre o casamento dele com uma menina de 16 anos e a nomeação da sogra ao cargo de secretária municipal.
Em nota, o político agradeceu a legenda da qual era filiado desde 2009 e que foi o único partido integrado por ele.
Hissam está no segundo mandato como prefeito de Araucária. Em 2020, foi eleito com 47.613 votos, de acordo com o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE).
O prefeito do município da Região Metropolitana de Curitiba (RMC) tem 65 anos e casou com a adolescente um dia após a ela completar idade legal para formalizar a união.
Atualmente, a lei federal brasileira permite casamento de menores de idade a partir dos 16 anos, desde que ocorra permissão legal dos responsáveis.
24 horas depois do casamento, o prefeito nomeou a sogra, Marilene Rôde, como secretária de Cultura e Turismo do município.
O Ministério Público do Paraná (MP-PR) informou que apura a nomeação e que as investigações são sigilosas por envolver uma pessoa menor de idade.
A adolescente teve a união autorizada pelos pais Nivaldo Camargo Junior e Marilene Rode, conforme o registro oficial do cartório. Apesar da grande diferença de idade e da menoridade da garota, o casamento não é ilegal, uma vez que a lei permite que adolescentes entre 16 e 18 anos se casem com autorização dos pais ou responsáveis.
A nova primeira-dama de Araucária frequenta o Ensino Médio em uma escola cívico-militar da cidade e foi eleita segunda princesa do concurso Miss Araucária, na categoria teen no ano passado.
Pela Constituição Federal, agentes públicos não podem nomear, contratar ou favorecer familiares e parentes em cargos do poder público. Popularmente, o ato é conhecido como nepotismo.
Em nota, a Prefeitura de Araucária disse que a nomeação de Marilene é “ato discricionário do chefe do Poder Executivo, o qual entendeu que a servidora em questão reúne as condições necessárias para o exercício do cargo, vez que possui 26 anos de experiência no serviço público”.
Em 13 de abril, o Diário Oficial de Araucária publicou a nomeação de Marilene Rôde ao novo cargo. Antes, ela era diretora-geral na Secretaria de Educação do município.
Até março deste ano, no cargo antigo, Marilene tinha vencimentos (salário de servidor sem incluir benefícios) de R$ 13.917,38, segundo o Portal da Transparência. Em Araucária, secretários municipais recebem R$ 21.416. Já o salário do prefeito é de R$ 17.940,27
