Nova Chevrolet Caravan tem projeção feita por designer!
Nos anos 70 ter uma Chevrolet Caravan não era apenas sinal de status, mas de conforto pata famílias grandes. Naquela década não havia tantas variedades de carros para as famílias maiores, com mais gente.
Então a Chevrolet acabou resolvendo esse problema, lançando a Caravan, que era a versão perua do Opala.
Portanto ela sempre foi fabricada para ter um bom espaço interno e porta malas maior. A Caravan só foi fabricada na versão duas portas.
A mecânica da Chevrolet sempre foi muito confiável, e com a Caravan não foi diferente. Com tração nas rodas traseiras, ela era ótima para andar em estradas esburacadas ou então para subidas mais íngremes.
O sucesso da Caravan foi por conta do motor 250S com seis cilindros, com comando esportivo, tuchos mecânicos e com a compressão alta, podendo gerar até 171 cv de potência.
O designer fez a projeção com base no modelo antigo, mas adicionou algumas linhas mais modernas, assim conseguiu deixar o carro ainda melhor. Eduardo Oliveira, foi o grande artista que criou essa projeção, e nos mostrou como seria a Caravan de hoje.
Na época a Caravan teve uma versão que mais chamava atenção, era a esportiva SS, com faixas no capô, rodas largas e os faróis de milha. Essa foi a versão que o designer quis projetar, um carro que só mudou porque ele fez o modelo de quatro portas.
Olhando na traseira do carro, ele manteve as quatro lanternas que tinham no modelo antigo.
Enfim uma projeção que deixou o carro bem moderno e com os traços do modelo da época.
Uma versão muito luxuosa que até poderia voltar a rodas pelas ruas.
