A Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (Aneel) aprovou nesta terça-feira (21) o reajuste nos valores das bandeiras tarifárias (cobrança extra aplicada às contas de luz quando aumenta o custo de produção de energia no país).
Pela proposta aprovada pela agência, a maior alta será no valor da bandeira vermelha patamar 1 (alta de 63,7%). A bandeira amarela vai subir 59,5%, e a vermelha patamar 2 aumentará 3,2%. A bandeira verde seguirá sem cobrança.
Os novos valores entram em vigor em 1º de julho e serão válidos até meados de 2023. São os seguintes:
- Bandeira verde: continua sem cobrança adicional;
- Bandeira amarela: de R$ 1,874 para R$ 2,989 a cada 100 kWh consumidos (+ 59,5%);
- Bandeira vermelha patamar 1: de R$ 3,971 para R$ 6,500 a cada 100 kWh consumidos (+ 63,7%);
- Bandeira vermelha patamar 2: de R$ 9,492 para R$ 9,795 a cada 100 kWh consumidos (+3,2%).
Os valores aprovados ficaram acima daqueles colocados em consulta pública. A alteração foi necessária, segundo a Aneel, para inclusão de alguns parâmetros no cálculo dos valores.
A revisão dos valores das bandeiras acontece anualmente, normalmente na metade do ano. Desde 16 de abril, está em vigor a bandeira verde, ou seja, não há cobrança extra aplicada à conta de luz.
Segundo a Aneel, a tendência é que a conta de luz dos consumidores fique com a bandeira verde até o fim do ano, devido à recuperação dos reservatórios das hidrelétricas.
Porém, a cobrança pode voltar a partir de 2023, a depender do custo para produção de energia. A Aneel divulga mensalmente qual a bandeira tarifária em vigor.
