Insegurança alimentar afeta mais os desempregados, os pobres e os moradores das regiões Nordeste e Norte, segundo instituto.
Pesquisa Datafolha divulgada pelo jornal “Folha de S.Paulo” nesta segunda-feira (27) aponta que 1 em cada 4 brasileiros afirma não ter comida suficiente em casa para alimentar a família.
Ao todo, 26% responderam não ter a quantidade de comida necessária. A maioria, 62%, afirmou que tem alimento suficiente. E 12% disseram que têm mais do que o suficiente.
Os números oscilaram dentro da margem de erro em relação à última pesquisa, feita em 22 e 23 de março. De maneira geral, o patamar se mantém praticamente inalterado desde o início da série, em 11 e 12 de maio de 2021.
O Datafolha ouviu 2.556 brasileiros em 181 cidades na quarta-feira (22) e quinta (23). A margem de erro da pesquisa é de dois pontos para mais ou menos.
A falta de comida afeta principalmente os mais pobres, segundo o Datafolha. Entre os brasileiros com renda familiar de até dois salários mínimos (R$ 2.424), a parcela dos que dizem não ter o suficiente para comer é de 38%.
O percentual cai para 14% entre os que recebem acima de dois e até cinco salários (R$ 6.060). E para 4% entre quem recebe até dez salários mínimos (R$ 12.120).
A insegurança alimentar é mais sentida entre os que vivem no Nordeste e no Norte. Os percentuais são menores, mas ainda significativos no Centro-Oeste (24%), Sul (24%) e Sudeste (22%).
Os desempregados são os mais afetados pela falta de comida: 42% disseram não ter o suficiente para se alimentar. Também têm percentuais acima da média os que desistiram de buscar trabalho (39%), as donas de casa (38%) e os autônomos (27%).
