Proposta de Emenda à Constituição aumenta o valor do Auxílio Brasil e do Vale-Gás e cria auxílio temporário para caminhoneiros e taxistas.
O Senado aprovou nesta quinta-feira (30) em primeiro turno por 72 votos a 1 e em segundo turno por 67 votos a 1 a Proposta de Emenda à Constituição que estabelece um estado de emergência no país para viabilizar a criação de um auxílio temporário de R$ 1 mil para caminhoneiros autônomos e um benefício para taxistas. O texto também amplia até o final do ano o Auxílio Brasil e o Vale-gás.
O impacto da proposta nos cofres públicos pode chegar a R$ 41,2 bilhões.
Aprovada em dois turno no Senado na noite desta quinta-feira, a PEC será agora discutida na Câmara.
Veja os principais pontos da PEC:
- Auxílio Brasil: ampliação de R$ 400 para R$ 600 mensais e previsão, segundo Bezerra, de cadastro de 1,6 milhão de novas famílias no programa (custo estimado: R$ 26 bilhões);
- Caminhoneiros autônomos: criação de um “auxílio” de R$ 1 mil (custo estimado: R$ 5,4 bilhões);
- Auxílio-Gás: Ampliação de R$ 53 para o valor de um botijão a cada dois meses — o preço médio atual do botijão de 13 quilos, segundo a ANP, é de R$ 112,60 (custo estimado: R$ 1,05 bilhão);
- Transporte gratuito de idosos: compensação aos estados para atender a gratuidade, já prevista em lei, do transporte público de idosos (custo estimado: R$ 2,5 bilhões);
- Auxílio para taxistas: benefícios para taxistas devidamente registrados até 31 de maio de 2022. O valor total dessa medida será de até R$ 2 bilhões.
- Alimenta Brasil: repasse de R$ 500 milhões ao programa Alimenta Brasil, que prevê a compra de alimentos produzidos por agricultores familiares e distribuição a famílias em insegurança alimentar, entre outras destinações
- Etanol: Repasse de até R$ 3,8 bilhões, por meio de créditos tributários, para a manutenção da competitividade do etanol sobre a gasolina.
