O presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) cobrou das autoridades competentes uma investigação profunda da morte do guarda municipal Marcelo Arruda, assassinado a tiros por um apoiador bolsonarista em Foz do Iguaçu (PR), na noite de sábado, 9.
O presidente ainda responsabilizou a esquerda por episódios de violência no País.
“Dispensamos qualquer tipo de apoio de quem pratica violência contra opositores”, disse o presidente.
“A esse tipo de gente, peço que por coerência mude de lado e apoie a esquerda, que acumula um histórico inegável de episódios violentos”, disse o presidente.
Em uma sequência de tuítes, Bolsonaro lembrou o episódio em que foi alvo de ataque a faca em setembro de 2018, semanas antes do primeiro turno eleitoral.
“É o lado de lá que dá facada, que cospe, que destrói patrimônio, que solta rojão em cinegrafista, que protege terroristas internacionais, que desumaniza pessoas com rótulos e pede fogo nelas, que invade fazendas e mata animais, que empurra um senhor num caminhão em movimento”, disse.
“Que as autoridades apurem seriamente o ocorrido e tomem todas as providências cabíveis, assim como contra caluniadores que agem como urubus para tentar nos prejudicar 24 hora por dia”, finalizou.
O guarda municipal Marcelo Arruda, candidato a vice-prefeito nas últimas eleições, foi assassinado a tiros durante sua festa de aniversário de 50 anos, ocorrida na noite deste sábado (9), em Foz do Iguaçu (PR). A festa tinha como tema o PT e fazia várias referências ao ex-presidente e pré-candidato Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Inicialmente, a Polícia Civil informou que o atirador, o policial penal Jorge José da Rocha Guaranho, tinha morrido após Marcelo revidar. Contudo, a delegada Iane Cardoso informou que a polícia errou: o agressor estava vivo e foi levado ao hospital. Até a última atualização desta reportagem, ele estava internado.
Segundo relatos, por volta das 23h, Jorge Guaranho, que se declara apoiador do presidente Jair Bolsonaro, invadiu a festa e atirou em Marcelo, que revidou. A confraternização era promovida na Associação Recreativa Esportiva Segurança Física Itaipu (Aresfi). A festa tinha poucos convidados — cerca de 40 pessoas.
