Ganhos mensais dos ministros serão de R$ 46.366
Os ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) aprovaram por unanimidade nesta quarta-feira (10), o orçamento do tribunal para 2023 . Aumentos para ministros do STF geram reajustes para outras categorias da magistratura.
O orçamento da Suprema Corte será de R$ 850 milhões. Os ministros deram aval ainda para o pedido de recomposição salarial feito pelas associações de magistrados e de servidores.
Agora cabe ao Congresso Nacional aprovar a proposta de reajuste de 18% à magistratura, incluindo os próprios integrantes da Corte, e os servidores do Judiciário.
A análise das propostas ocorreu no plenário virtual da Corte, quando os ministros inserem seus votos no sistema eletrônico. A votação foi feita em um sistema interno, sem acesso ao público.
O projeto prevê reajustes escalonados:
- 9% em 2023: 4,5% em abril e 4,5% em agosto
- 9% em 2024: 4,5% em janeiro e 4,5% em julho
Atualmente, os ministros do Supremo recebem R$ 39.293,32. Com os 18%, os vencimentos passarão para R$ 46.366. Na primeira parcela, o salário seria de R$ R$ 41.061. O aumento também impacta a remuneração de outros juízes, que têm seus subsídios atrelados ao dos ministros da Corte. O salário de um ministro do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) é 95% do salário de um ministro do STF. Os desembargadores dos tribunais ganham 95% do que recebe um integrante do STJ.
