131 Federais acusam ministro de usurpar competência ao mandar bloquear contas de empresários
O grupo apresentou nesta segunda-feira (26) uma notícia-crime na Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) contra o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes e o delegado Fábio Alvarez Shor, da Diretoria de Inteligência da PF, pedindo a instauração de inquérito por crime de abuso de autoridade.
Segundo os delegados, Moraes usurpou função pública ao determinar a realização de operação policial contra oito empresários bolsonaristas.
Durante a ação, houve bloqueio das contas das redes sociais e das contas bancárias dos envolvidos. Fábio Alvarez Shor também foi alvo da representação por ter solicitado a Moraes a realização da ação policial.
Ainda de acordo com a denúncia, Moraes e Shor erraram ao adotar esse caminho da investigação simplesmente com base em uma matéria do portal Metrópoles. Para os delegados, o material jornalístico, por si só, não é o suficiente para se decretar medidas mais extremas.
“Qual violência ou grave ameaça os senhores ‘investigados’ praticaram contra qualquer Poder da República? Todavia, observa-se um verdadeiro malabarismo jurídico na tentativa de impingir aos empresários infrações penais parecendo que tramavam num seguro e intransponível esconderijo de WhatsApp”, afirmam os delegados na representação.
