Empresário viajou aos Emirados Árabes em setembro, após se tornar réu por agredir modelo em academia
A Justiça de São Paulo atendeu ao pedido do Ministério Público (MP) e decretou a prisão preventiva de Thiago Brennand Fernandes Vieira após ele não se apresentar até a última sexta-feira (23). Além disso, determinou que a Polícia Federal (PF) inclua o nome do empresário de 42 anos na Difusão Vermelha da Interpol, a polícia internacional.
O prazo de dez dias dado pela justiça paulista para Thiago voltar ao Brasil e entregar seu passaporte terminou na semana passada. Como descumpriu uma decisão judicial, foi expedido um mandado de prisão contra ele, que é acusado de agredir uma modelo após discussão numa academia, em agosto.
Thiago não compareceu ao fórum onde responde ao processo no qual é réu. Ele responde pelos crimes de lesão corporal e corrupção de menores. A Promotoria o acusa de agredir a modelo e de incentivar o filho dele, menor de 18 anos de idade, a ofendê-la.
