Militares dizem que não se afastarão da auditoria de votos e estudam ‘medidas judiciais cabíveis’ contra o jornal
O Exército divulgou na noite desta sexta-feira (30), dois dias antes do primeiro turno da eleição, nota que desmente o conteúdo de uma reportagem publicada pelo jornal Estadão e reproduzida por outros sites que afirma: “‘Quem ganhar leva’, diz Alto-Comando do Exército sobre eleição presidencial”.
Segundo o jornal paulistano, reunião do Alto-Comando do Exército teria decidido respeitar os resultados das eleições do modo que forem registrados pelo TSE.
Além disso, diz o Estadão, comandantes do Exército, da Marinha e da Aeronáutica estariam começando a “dar sinais de distanciamento” da auditoria paralela conduzida pelos militares para verificar o funcionamento das urnas no dia da votação.
A nota divulgada pelo Alto-Comando da Força “manifesta total repúdio” ao conteúdo da reportagem, diz que “os dados apresentados na matéria são inverídicos e tendenciosos” e afirma que o Exército estuda tomar as “medidas judiciais cabíveis”.

“Sobre a matéria veiculada pelo jornalista Felipe Frazão, na data de hoje, e publicada no sítio eletrônico do jornal o Estado de São Paulo, intitulada – Alto-Comando do Exército diz que ‘quem ganhar leva’ a Presidência e se afasta da auditoria de votos, o Comando do Exército manifesta total repúdio ao seu conteúdo.
Na reunião do Alto-Comando do Exército (ACE), ocorrida entre 1º e 5 de agosto, não foram tratados assuntos de natureza político-partidária, tampouco houve qualquer manifestação de oficial do ACE nesse sentido.
Os dados apresentados na matéria são inverídicos e tendenciosos.
É lamentável que um veículo de expressão nacional promova desinformação que só contribui para a instabilidade do País. Dessa forma, as medidas judiciais cabíveis estão sendo estudadas.
O Exército Brasileiro é uma instituição nacional, cônscio de suas missões constitucionais e democráticas, tendo na hierarquia e na disciplina seus pilares inabaláveis.”
