Neste domingo (2/10) de eleições em todo o país, o Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública confirmou que, ao todo, 352 pessoas foram detidas. Também foram apreendidos R$ 137,9 mil, ao longo de todo o dia. A pasta confirmou, ainda, a prática de 1.378 crimes eleitorais no país e o delito mais comum foi da boca de urna, ou seja, a divulgação de propaganda eleitoral no dia da votação.
Além da boca de urna, também foram registradas 95 ocorrências com relação à suspeita de compra de votos ou corrupção eleitoral, 80 casos em que eleitores tiraram foto das urnas durante a votação, e 57 casos de transporte irregular de eleitores. Os estados que tiveram mais ocorrências foram Minas Gerais (230), Paraná (131), Pernambuco (113) e Goiás (106).
O ministério também informou que a única unidade federativa onde não houve registro de prisões foi a Bahia. Em contrapartida, Minas Gerais liderou o número de detidos, com 43 ao todo. No Amazonas, 39 pessoas foram presas e, no Pará, 32. No Pará, também foi apreendida a maior quantia em dinheiro deste domingo, R$ 32,7 mil.
Prisão só em flagrante
Vale lembrar que, até esta terça-feira (4/10) ainda vigora a lei eleitoral que proíbe que qualquer cidadão brasileiro seja preso, salvo em flagrante delito — onde entra a boca de urna — e em crimes inafiançáveis, como tortura, tráfico de drogas, racismo e terrorismo.
