Ministros de estado, deputados e senadores terão reajustes que vão de 37% a 50%
Em uma votação simbólica e numa de suas últimas sessões em 2022, a Câmara dos Deputados aprovou nesta terça-feira (20) um projeto que reajusta o salário dos próprios deputados, dos senadores, do presidente e vice-presidente da República e dos ministros de Estado.
Os aumentos serão divididos em quatro anos, e o reajuste total varia de 37,32% a 50%, dependendo do cargo.
Pelo texto do decreto legislativo, todos os salários vão se equiparar ao de ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que devem ser elevados também, por meio de outro projeto, para R$ 46,3 mil. Pelas propostas apresentadas, o salário de ministros do STF passará de R$ 39,2 mil para R$ 46,3 mil, escalonado até 2024.
Hoje, o salário do presidente é de R$ 30,9 mil por mês; os de deputados e senadores, R$ 33,7 mil. O projeto aprovado pela Câmara eleva todos para R$ 46,3 mil, mas de forma escalonada até 2026. No fim desse período, os parlamentares receberão 37% a mais; o presidente e seus ministros, quase 50% a mais.
Os parlamentares alegam que salários, auxílio-moradia e cota estão congelados há oito anos. O texto ainda terá de passar pelo Senado.
O salário base do cidadão brasileiro é o salário mínimo que para 2023 será de R$ 1,3 mil.
