Governadora em exercício saiu em defesa da PM do DF e do governador Ibaneis Rocha, afastado do cargo por decisão do STF, sob suspeita de omissão diante dos atos de vandalismo
A governadora em exercício do Distrito Federal, Celina Leão (PP), disse que a gestão do presidente da República Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva cometeu erros na área de segurança e inteligência na invasão às sedes dos Três Poderes.
“Todo o ônus veio para nós [do DF]. [Mas] Você tem falhas no GSI [Gabinete de Segurança Institucional] do Palácio [do Planalto]. Você tem falhas em vários locais. Falhas da própria inteligência de outros Poderes, entendeu? Então não aconteceu só conosco, aconteceu de forma generalizada. Mas quem foi mais penalizado com certeza foi o governo do DF”, afirmou ela, em entrevista à Folha de S. Paulo.
Ao apontar as falhas da gestão Lula, a governadora em exercício do DF disse:
“O Palácio do Planalto dispensou todo mundo. As portas [foram] abertas. Isso não é responsabilidade da Polícia Militar. Mesmo com todo o vandalismo e a quebradeira que aconteceu, foi a Polícia Militar que restituiu os Poderes. Eu fiquei com 51 homens feridos. Não foi o Exército que restituiu. Foi a Polícia Militar do DF, com toda a dificuldade, com todo o apagão que aconteceu na segurança pública. Essa tentativa de quebrar patrimônio, não vai quebrar as instituições. Elas estão de pé.”
Celina Leão assumiu o governo do Distrito Federal após o afastamento de Ibaneis Rocha (MDB), que ocorreu por suspeita de omissão diante dos atos de vandalismo no dia 8 de janeirodeste ano. A decisão foi tomada pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes, horas após o episódio, e confirmada em Plenário pelos demais ministros da Corte.
Na entrevista ao jornal, Celina Leão voltou a afirmar que Ibaneis Rocha foi mal informado sobre questões de segurança pública na Capital. Ela havia feito a mesma declaração em defesa do governador afastado, em reunião dos governadores com o presidente Lula, no mês passado.
