Alexandre de Moraes já soltou mais de 1 mil pessoas contando decisão publicada nesta segunda-feira
O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou nesta segunda-feira (13) a soltura de mais 130 homens denunciados pelas manifestações que resultaram na depredação das sedes dos Três Poderes, em 8 de janeiro.
Ao todo, dos 1,4 mil detidos, mais de 1 mil já foram soltos. Com as novas decisões, vão permanecer na prisão 392 pessoas, sendo 310 homens e 82 mulheres.
Os liberados estão sendo monitorados com tornozeleira eletrônica e precisam cumprir restrições, como recolhimento domiciliar noturno e proibição de usar redes sociais.
A revogação das prisões foi determinada pelo ministro depois que a Procuradoria-Geral da República (POGR) apresentou denúncias contra os investigados, por delitos como incitação ao crime e associação criminosa.
Ao todo, a PGR já denunciou 919 pessoas por esses crimes, sendo que 219 responderão também por delitos mais graves, como dano qualificado, abolição violenta do estado de direito e golpe de estado.

Manifestantes radicais invadiram e depredaram o Congresso Nacional, o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e o Palácio do Planalto, sede da Presidência da República, em Brasília, no dia 8 de janeiro.
