O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes determinou a abertura de um inquérito para investigar se a deputada federal Coronel Fernanda (PL-MT) ajudou no transporte de manifestantes que participaram dos atos de vandalismo na Praça dos Três Poderes em Brasília, no dia 8 de janeiro.
O ministro atendeu a um pedido da Polícia Federal e autorizou que sejam realizadas diligências para aprofundar o caso. Com a decisão, Coronel Fernanda passa a ser a quinta parlamentar alvo do STF por suposta ligação com os atos de vandalismo ocorridos no início do ano.
Ela é a primeira parlamentar investigada por supostamente ter organizado ônibus para transportar manifestantes de Mato Grosso para Brasília para participarem dos atos do dia 8 de janeiro.
Ao pedir a investigação, a Polícia Federal citou depoimento da aposentada Gizela Cristina Bohrer, 60, residente em Barra do Garças (MT), que disse ter viajado a Brasília em um ônibus organizado pela coronel Fernanda e outros dois políticos. A caravana seria para apoiar o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro.
Além de coronel Fernanda, são investigados os deputados André Fernandes (PL-CE), Clarissa Tércio, Silvia Waiâpi e cabo Gilberto Silva (PL-PB). Os parlamentares negam ligação com os atos golpistas.
Na semana passada, a PF afirmou ao Supremo que houve crime na conduta das deputadas Silvia Waiãpi (PL-AP) e Clarissa Tércio (PP-PE) por suas declarações de incentivo aos atos golpistas de 8 de janeiro.
Moraes enviou o relatório da PF para análise da Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) avaliar se há indícios contra as parlamentares.
