Pacheco leu pedido que criou CPI mista para investigar atos de 8 de janeiro

O presidente do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), leu nesta quarta-feira (26) o pedido de criação da Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) que vai investigar os atos na Praça dos Três Poderes em 8 de janeiro.

Com a leitura do requerimento na sessão do Congresso, a CPI mista dos Atos de 8 de janeiro está criada, faltando apenas a publicação do ato no “Diário Oficial da União”.

O colegiado do Congresso, proposto por parlamentares de oposição, será formado por 16 deputados e 16 senadores titulares e terá duração de até seis meses.

Durante os atos, manifestantes invadiram os prédios do Congresso, do Palácio do Planalto e do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e destruíram móveis, equipamentos de trabalho e vidraças, além de danificar diversas obras de arte.

Alguns dos vândalos foram presos, denunciados pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) e alguns até já se tornaram réus na Justiça.

A leitura do requerimento aconteceu em sessão do Congresso Nacional, da qual participaram deputados e senadores.

O pedido de criação do colegiado é de autoria do deputado bolsonarista André Fernandes (PL-CE), que é investigado no STF por suposto envolvimento nos atos.

Inicialmente, o governo Lula se manifestava publicamente contra a criação da CPI. O discurso mudou depois que o general Gonçalves Dias foi flagrado em vídeos estando dentro do Palácio do Planalto durante os atos de vandalismo e demitido do cargo de ministro do Gabinete de Segurança Institucional (GSI) da Presidência.

Imagens divulgadas na semana passada mostram que Dias esteve no Palácio no dia dos ataques e circulou entre invasores. Com a repercussão do caso, o governo viu que não conseguiria mais barrar a criação da CPI mista.

Entre as próximas etapas estão a indicação dos integrantes pelos líderes partidários e a instalação da comissão, para que as reuniões possam acontecer.

Os trabalhos de CPIs podem durar 90 dias, prorrogáveis por mais 90 dias – isto é, a comissão pode durar até seis meses.

Partidos da base aliada do governo e da oposição poderão fazer indicações, conforme o tamanho dos blocos.

A disputa geralmente se dá em torno da presidência da CPI e da relatoria. Os nomes ainda deverão ser definidos.

A CPI pode aprovar a quebra de sigilos de investigados e pedir, ao final dos trabalhos, o indiciamento desses investigados.
