Foram presos durante operação deflagrada pela Polícia Federal (PF) nesta quarta-feira (3) ex-integrantes do Gabinete de Segurança Institucional (GSI) e outras pessoas ligadas diretamente ao ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
Foram seis presos nesta quarta são:
- Mauro Cid, ex-ajudante de ordens
- Max Guilherme Machado de Moura (atual assessor na cota de ex-presidente de Bolsonaro)
- Sérgio Cordeiro, (atual assessor na cota de Bolsonaro)
- João Carlos de Sousa Brecha, secretário de Governo de Duque de Caxias (RJ)
- Luís Marcos dos Reis
- Ailton Gonçalves Mareas Barros
Um outro assessor, Marcelo Câmara, foi alvo de busca e apreensão. Todos viajaram para Orlando, nos Estados Unidos, com o ex-presidente.
Equipes da PF também fizeram buscas nas casas de Bolsonaro no Jardim Botânico, bairro nobre de Brasília, e da mulher de Cid. Um celular do ex-presidente foi apreendido.

A Operação Venire tem como objetivo esclarecer a atuação de associação criminosa que inseriu dados falsos de vacinação contra a Covid-19 nos sistemas SI-PNI e RNDS do Ministério da Saúde. São cumpridos 16 mandados de busca e apreensão e seis de prisão preventiva em Brasília e no Rio de Janeiro. Os demais alvos são ex-integrantes do Gabinete de Segurança Institucional (GSI), todos ligados ao ex-presidente Jair Bolsonado (PL).
Segundo a PF, as inserções falsas ocorreram entre novembro de 2021 e dezembro de 2022 e tiveram como consequência a alteração da verdade sobre fato juridicamente relevante, qual seja, a condição de imunizado contra a Covid-19 dos beneficiários.
