Osil Vicente Guedes, de 49 anos, foi brutalmente agredido após ser suspeito de roubar uma motocicleta em Guarujá, no litoral de São Paulo. Dono do veículo informou à PM ter emprestado a moto à vítima
Osil Vicente Guedes, o homem brutalmente espancado após ser acusado injustamente de roubar uma motocicleta, teve a morte encefálica [parada de todas as funções do cérebro] confirmada pelo Hospital Santo Amaro (HSA), em Guarujá, no litoral de São Paulo. O motorista de um carro flagrou as agressões neste domingo (7), a unidade de saúde aguarda a decisão da família do paciente sobre eventual uma doação de órgãos.
A agressão ocorreu em Vicente de Carvalho, na última quarta-feira (3). A Polícia Militar informou ter sido acionada para atender uma ocorrência em que um homem era agredido com pedras e um pedaço de madeira.
Testemunhas disseram à PM que as agressões começaram após um grito de “pega ladrão” direcionado à vítima. O dono da moto, porém, informou a corporação que conhece Osil e que emprestou o veículo para ele.
Osil estava internado na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI). Segundo o HSA, após a confirmação da morte encefálica, existem procedimentos a serem feitos caso o paciente seja doador de órgãos. A família da vítima recebe acompanhamento psicológico por um profissional do hospital.

A agressão ocorreu, na última quarta-feira (3), entre a Rua Tambaú e a Avenida Oswaldo Cruz, em Vicente de Carvalho.
Imagens feitas por um motorista que passava pelo local mostram o homem de camiseta vermelha sentado no meio da rua e rodeado por três moradores. Um deles, de camiseta branca e boné, bate com um capacete na cabeça do homem.
Na sequência, outro agressor dá um tapa na nuca dele. O mesmo homem puxa a vítima pela camiseta e a joga próximo à guia. Assim que o homem cai sentado, ele é agredido mais uma vez na cabeça com um pedaço de madeira e cai desacordado no asfalto.
Enquanto registrava a violência, o autor do vídeo afirma: “Não está bom para ladrão de moto, não. Ladrão de moto está se lascando”. A reportagem não conseguiu localizar o autor do vídeo, que está circulando nas redes sociais.
De acordo com o boletim de ocorrência, o homem agredido foi levado para o Hospital Santo Amaro com ferimentos graves na cabeça. Ainda não há informações sobre os agressores.
Em nota, a Secretaria de Segurança Pública (SSP) informou que a Polícia Civil investiga o caso de agressão ocorrido no bairro Pae-Cará, em Guarujá. Policiais militares foram acionados para atender a ocorrência e, no local, encontraram um homem no chão, com ferimentos na cabeça. Foram requisitados exames pericias ao IC e o caso foi registrado como lesão corporal no 2º DP de Guarujá.

Osil foi linchado exatos nove anos após Fabiane Maria de Jesus. A mulher morreu depois de ser agredida sob a falsa acusação de que havia sequestrado uma criança para rituais de magia negra. Os dois espancamentos aconteceram em Guarujá (SP).
Além da data, os dois casos tiveram ainda mais em comum. Ambos foram vítimas de desinformação. No caso de Fabiane, foi comprovado que ela era inocente e que nunca havia cometido um crime. Já na história desta semana, o dono do veículo que teria sido roubado disse que havia emprestado a moto e que o agredido era ‘trabalhador’.
