Exporide promoverá o desenvolvimento tecnológico dos 12 municípios do entorno integrantes da Ride-DF
O governador do Distrito Federal, Ibaneis Rocha assinou, na manhã desta quinta-feira (23/11), uma ordem de serviço para lançamento do Programa de Desenvolvimento Regional e Integração das Cadeias Produtivas dos Municípios da Ride do DF (Exporide).
O projeto busca promover o desenvolvimento tecnológico e da cadeia produtiva dos municípios que compõem a Área Metropolitana de Brasília (AMB). A cerimônia ocorreu no Salão Branco, do Palácio do Buriti.
Segundo o Conselho de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Sustentável e Estratégico do DF (Codese-DF), que faz parte da realização do programa, a Exporide tem a finalidade de promover o desenvolvimento tecnológico e de inovação de 12 municípios da Ride, que compõem a AMB, por meio da capacitação de agentes públicos municipais e empreendedores, além de entidades do terceiro setor com foco no aperfeiçoamento dos programas de geração de renda, negócios e emprego qualificado, que poderão beneficiar cerca de 1,7 milhão de moradores dessas localidades.
Ibaneis destacou que é necessário cuidar da integração do DF com o entorno. “Hoje, damos um passo a mais, reunindo com todos os prefeitos, para lançar mais um projeto de estudos dessa região toda para que possamos avançar no desenvolvimento da Ride-DF”, comentou. “A gente vem conseguindo, graças a Deus, se entender cada vez mais e é exatamente uma região integrada onde haja desenvolvimento para que as pessoas possam ter emprego, renda, saúde, educação e tudo que a população exige”, enfatizou.
Questionado sobre o transporte que liga a AMB ao DF, o governador disse que há uma conversa com o governo de Goiás e com os prefeitos da região para a criação de um consórcio. “Hoje (o transporte) é muito sofrido, as passagens são muito caras, não existe subsídio. Temos que pensar realmente no transporte de maior qualidade para o entorno do DF”, ressaltou.
Os municípios beneficiados são: Águas Lindas de Goiás, Alexânia, Cidade Ocidental, Cocalzinho, Cristalina, Formosa, Luziânia, Novo Gama, Padre Bernardo, Planaltina (GO), Santo Antônio do Descoberto e Valparaíso de Goiás.
O programa é uma parceria dos governos do Distrito Federal e de Goiás, com realização dos Conselhos de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Sustentável e Estratégico do DF e de Goiânia e Região Metropolitana (Codese-DF e Codese-GO), além de contar com o apoio da Associação dos Municípios Adjacentes a Brasília (Amab) e da Secretaria De Estado de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação do DF. O investimento da pesquisa é da Fundação de Apoio à Pesquisa do DF (FAP-DF).
Agora, o programa entra na primeira fase, que consiste em quatro etapas. São elas: o diagnóstico socioeconômico, urbanístico e ambiental detalhado dos 12 municípios goianos da AMB; a realização de workshops nas regiões com agentes públicos e representantes da sociedade civil para a discussão de soluções que levem ao desenvolvimento e geração de renda nestas localidades; a capacitação de servidores públicos municipais, empresários, terceiro setor e outros membros da sociedade civil, para modelagem de projetos públicos; e o Evento Exporide, que ocorrerá ao final desta etapa.
A previsão para conclusão da primeira fase é em maio de 2024.
