Na sexta-feira (24), o STF informou que concedeu liberdade provisória a outro preso por participação nos atos antidemocráticos, mediante aplicação de medidas cautelares, entre elas, o uso de tornozeleira eletrônica. Foi a oitava decisão semelhante tomada pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes durante a semana.
Segundo o STF, 108 acusados de participação nos atos antidemocráticos de 8 de janeiro permanecem presos. Eles já estão a quase um ano presos.
