A Polícia Federal realiza, na manhã desta terça-feira (12), uma operação contra o tráfico de drogas e o desvio de um produto químico usado na produção de crack.
O principal alvo é a indústria química Anidrol, que fica em Diadema, na Grande São Paulo, da qual o influenciador fitness Renato Cariani é sócio.
O influenciador tem mais de 7 milhões de seguidores e também é alvo de buscas pessoais.
Ao todo, são cumpridos 18 mandados de busca e apreensão, sendo 16 em São Paulo, um em Minas Gerais e um no Paraná.
O grupo é suspeito de desviar toneladas de um produto químico para produzir entre 12 e 16 toneladas de crack
Um dos envolvidos no crime é Fabio Spinola, que já foi preso por envolvimento nesse tipo de crime em operação da PF no Paraná. Na casa dele foi encontrado mais de R$ 100 mil em espécie. De acordo com a PF, ele seria o intermediador entre a indústria química e os fabricantes de crack.
A PF e o Ministério Público pediram a prisão dos envolvidos, mas a Justiça negou.
A Polícia Federal identificou que entre 2014 e 2021 o grupo emitiu e faturou notas em nome de três empresas grandes de forma fraudulenta: AstraZeneca, LBS e Cloroquímica.
A Receita Federal questionou as empresas e uma delas afirmou que nunca havia feito nenhuma transação com os envolvidos.
