A Polícia Federal (PF) e o Ministério Público do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ) deflagraram nesta terça-feira (19), uma Operação para prender Luis Antonio da Silva Braga, conhecido pela alcunha “Zinho”.
O marginal é considerado chefe da maior milícia do estado do RiodeJaneiro.
Os investigadores buxcam prender o líder e mais 11 comparsas que são alvos de mandados de prisão na Operação Dinastia 2, nesta manhã.
Antes das 8h, 5 pessoas já haviam sido presas pelos agentes federais, mas Zinho ainda continua foragido da justiça.
Na primeira etapa da Operação, a Dinastia 1, em agosto do ano passado, 8 pessoas foram presas.
Segundo a PF, o foco agora é desarticular o núcleo financeiro da milícia. Os mandados foram expedidos pela 1ª Vara Criminal Especializada em Organização Criminosa do RJ.
O Grupo de Investigações Sensíveis (Gise/PF), a Delegacia de Repressão a Drogas (DRE/PF) e o Grupo de Atuação Especial de Combate ao Crime Organizado (Gaeco/MPRJ) afirmam terem identificado “toda a estrutura de imposição de taxas ilegais a grandes empresas e a pequenos comerciantes locais” e as contas correntes onde eram depositadas.
“Durante as investigações foi possível identificar e individualizar os personagens que compõem toda a cadeia de ocultação dos valores provenientes da arrecadação espúria por parte dos paramilitares”, disse a PF.

- Renato de Paula da Silva
- William Pereira de Souza
Ontem (18), a Operação Batismo que foi deflagrada a partir de dados encontrados pela Operação Dinastia, cumpriu buscas e apreensões contra deputada estadual Lúcia Helena Pinto de Barros, a Lucinha (PSD), que também foi afastada por ser considerada o braço político da quadrilha milíciana de Zinho.
A força-tarefa encontrou 2 pistolas calibre 22 e R$ 148 mil na casa de deputada. Os agentes também apreenderam pen-drives, notebooks e documentos em seu gabinete na Alerj. Lucinha foi ouvida e liberada pelos policiais — pela lei, parlamentares só podem ser presos por crime em flagrante e inafiançável.
