Autoridades agora correm para retirar moradores que retornaram a áreas de risco, onde a água havia baixado.

Conforme o Instituto de Pesquisas Hidráulicas (IPH) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) e a RHAMA Analysis, há possibilidade de o Guaíba ultrapassar o recorde de 5,35mt nesta terça-feira, chegando a 5,40mt. A elevação do nível depende da ocorrência de chuva adicional à prevista e de vento sul forte.
