Celso Vilardi defende ex-presidente de acusações de tentativa de golpe de Estado apresentada pela PGR
O advogado de defesa do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), Celso Vilardi, pediu no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) a rejeição da denúncia da Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) contra seu cliente.
Vilardi abriu sua sustentação oral na Primeira Turma da Corte com a fala de que Bolsonaro foi “o presidente mais investigado do país”, desde suas falas em lives, até investigações sobre vacinas contra a Covid-19.
Entre os pontos de defesa, Vilardi disse que:
- “Bolsonaro foi o presidente mais investigado da história do país”;
- Com Bolsonaro, não foi achado nenhum documento;
- Entende que crimes contra a democracia são “impossíveis”, já que se iniciaram em dezembro de 2021, quando o governo de então era justamente o de Bolsonaro;
- Citou a quantidade de documentos relativa à denúncia: 45 mil. “Na verdade é um quebra-cabeça exposto à defesa”;
- Defendeu que o tema deve ser julgado no plenário do STF;
- O presidente não tem relação com plano Punhal Verde e Amarelo e Operação Copa 2022;
- Questionou o uso da delação de Mauro Cid. Apontou que o material deve ser confirmado por provas. “O delator tem que falar e o Estado tem de trazer as provas”;
