Polícia Federal indiciou 35 pessoas, inclusive integrantes da cúpula atual da Abin, por suspeita de obstrução de Justiça
A Polícia Federal (PF) concluiu e enviou ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) o relatório do inquérito que apura o uso ilegal de ferramentas na Agência Brasileira de Inteligência (Abin), caso que ficou conhecido como “Abin Paralela”.
A PF indiciou o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), o filho dele, vereador Carlos Bolsonaro (Republicanos-RJ), o deputado federal Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ) e Luiz Fernando Corrêa, diretor da Agência Brasileira de Informações (Abin), no inquérito que investigou o uso do órgão para espionagem ilegal durante o governo do ex-presidente.
Ao todo, mais de 30 pessoas foram indiciadas.
As investigações indicaram que policiais, servidores e funcionários da Abin formaram uma organização criminosa para monitorar pessoas e autoridades públicas, invadindo celulares e computadores durante a gestão Bolsonaro.
Entre os alvos da espionagem estavam autoridades do Judiciário, Legislativo e Executivo, além de jornalistas, como o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), o ex-presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), e o senador Renan Calheiros (MDB-AL).
