A Millennium Eventos foi alvo de operação da PF e da CGU que investiga suposto desvio de emendas parlamentares envolvendo a Associação Moriá
A Câmara Legislativa do Distrito Federal (CLDF) pagou R$ 3,5 milhões para a Millennium Eventos, empresa alvo de operação da Polícia Federal (PF) que investiga suposto desvio de emendas parlamentares.
A Millennium foi contratada pela CLDF para fazer planejamento operacional, apoio logístico, organização, execução, montagem de infraestrutura, fornecimento de bens e mão de obra, mobiliário e layouts para estandes do evento Câmara Mais Perto de Você.
Em 2023, a empresa recebeu R$ 1,8 milhão. No ano seguinte, a CLDF pagou R$ 1 milhão para a organização. Em 2025, até o momento, o repasse chegou a R$ 572,6 mil. O contrato com a CLDF tem validade de 12 meses, mas pode ser prorrogado por até cinco anos. Ou seja, deve durar até 2028.
A Millennium Eventos foi alvo da Operação Korban, da PF e da Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU), deflagrada na última terça-feira (29). O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Flávio Dino autorizou os mandados de busca e apreensão contra a Associação Moriá, dirigentes da entidade, empresas subcontratadas e sócios. Parlamentares do DF enviaram para a ONG emendas que somam R$ 53 milhões, em dois anos.
A Millennium, de propriedade do empresário Alejandro Parrilla, recebeu quase R$ 1 milhão da Moriá. Outra empresa vinculada a ele, a LG Promoções e Eventos, assinou contratos de R$ 4,2 milhões com a ONG. A LG é da ex-companheira de Alejandro Parrilla, Ludmila Cardoso Jardim Gomes. Além das duas empresas, Alejandro e Ludmilla foram alvo de busca e apreensão, bloqueio de bens, quebra de sigilo de dados bancários e telemáticos autorizados pelo ministro do STF.
O endereço da Associação Moriá no Setor de Rádio e TV Norte, informado nos documentos oficiais, pertence a um familiar de Alejandro Parrilla. A informação consta na matrícula do imóvel. A reportagem apurou que a Associação Moriá funcionava, na verdade, em um outro local, também ligado ao empresário.
As atividades da ONG eram desenvolvidas no Centro de Eventos Millennium Convention Center, que fica na Associação dos Servidores da Câmara dos Deputados (Ascade) e tem Alejandro Parrilla como um dos sócios.
Investigação
Auditores apontaram possível direcionamento indevido de subcontratações, conluio entre empresas envolvidas nas terceirizações do projetos gamers e contratação de firmas de fachada.
Parlamentares do DF destinaram R$ 46 milhões em emendas parlamentares para a Associação Moriá desenvolver projeto que ensina jovens a jogarem games, como LoL e Free Fire. Desse total, R$ 8 milhões foram efetivamente pagos. Após reportagens do Metrópoles revelarem irregularidades na Associação Moriá, deputados e senador anunciaram a suspensão do repasse.
A entidade é chefiada por um ex-cabo do Exército, um motorista e uma esteticista – todos considerados “laranjas” – e não funciona no endereço registrado em documentos oficiais. Com base na reportagem, o ministro do STF Flávio Dino cobrou esclarecimentos da Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU) e do Congresso Nacional.

Em nota, a CLDF informou que o contrato com a Millennium Eventos é oriundo de licitação e destinado à prestação de serviços para organização de eventos institucionais.
“Entre os diversos serviços prestados estão montagem de infraestrutura, apoio logístico, fornecimento de bens, tais como mobiliário, e mão de obra, todos destinados a eventos institucionais”, disse.
