Governo classificou como “secreto” um documento enviado pelo ministro das Relações Exteriores ao chefe da diplomacia de Donald Trump

O governo Lula impôs sigilo de 15 anos a uma carta enviada pelo ministro das Relações Exteriores, Mauro Vieira, ao chefe da diplomacia de Donald Trump, o secretário de Estado dos Estados Unidos, Marco Rubio.

O despacho telegráfico enviado pelo Itamaraty a Washington foi classificado como “secreto” e só poderá ser tornado público em 25 de novembro de 2039.

O Ministério das Relações Exteriores citou a lei 12.527 e justificou que a divulgação da carta poderia “prejudicar ou pôr em risco a condução de negociações ou as relações internacionais do país, ou as que tenham sido fornecidas em caráter sigiloso por outros Estados e organismos internacionais”.
