Se “Justiça Social” é o lema do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST), ele acabou ficando envergonhado diante das regalias que a corte decidiu conceder a si mesma.
A ostentação VIP sobre rodas
O Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST) comprou 30 sedãs de luxo Lexus ES 300H, desembolsando R$ 10,39 milhões — ou aproximadamente R$ 346,5 mil por carro. Um valor que, comparado ao salário médio de brasileiros e aos desafios de mobilidade urbana, parece quase criminoso.
Contraste escandaloso com a realidade social
Em um país onde o transporte público é extenuante e muitos dependem de sistemas lotados ou de parcos recursos, o tribunal opta por luxo híbrido e bancos de couro — regalias que não combinam nem com a austeridade pública nem com o discurso institucional.
E como se não bastasse: sala VIP de R$ 1,5 milhão no aeroporto
Em abril de 2025, o TST firmou um contrato de cerca de R$ 1,5 milhão por dois anos para construir e manter uma sala VIP exclusiva no Aeroporto de Brasília, com 44 metros quadrados revestidos em granito, copa, banheiros privativos, transporte executivo e atendimento individualizado para os 27 ministros .
Os custos: R$ 30 mil/mês de aluguel e R$ 2.639,70/mês de taxa de rateio do aeroporto . Há ainda um atendimento “personalizado” de R$ 284 por embarque (mínimo 50 por mês) e transporte até a aeronave por R$ 144 por trajeto — válido até para viagens pessoais .
Crítica institucional e comparativa incômoda
O Ministério Público junto ao TCU pediu a suspensão imediata do contrato, alegando falta de estudos técnicos que comprovem os riscos reais e apontando a violação de princípios constitucionais — moralidade, economicidade, razoabilidade e interesse público .
O Partido Novo entrou com representação alegando que o gasto “não contribui para a prestação jurisdicional” e que “afronta os princípios que deveriam nortear a gestão dos recursos da população” .
Comparativo: STF, TST e STJ — regalias juntas, custo altíssimo
Juntos, STF, TST e STJ gastam cerca de R$ 1,67 milhão por ano com salas VIPs em Brasília. Destes, o TST responde por R$ 520.560 ao ano .
Ou seja, mesmo nessa confraternização de privilégios, o TST está bem presente — mais que um coadjuvante, é um dos protagonistas do espetáculo do Luxo Judiciário.
Enquanto o trabalhador enfrenta ônibus lotados, o combustível caro e a luta cotidiana por dignidade, o TST reinterpreta “Justiça Social” com conforto de luxo e isolamento. Talvez seja hora de perguntar: essa justiça também se recusa a conviver com a desigualdade — ou é, acima de tudo, uma promessa vazia sobre rodas?
