Uma mulher de 25 anos foi presa acusada de ter ido buscar na Baixada Santista um dos fuzis usados no crime
O secretário da Segurança Pública de São Paulo, Guilherme Derrite, divulgou nesta quinta-feira (18) os nomes e as fotos de dois suspeitos de participarem do assassinato do ex-delegado-geral da Polícia Civil do Estado de São Paulo, Ruy Ferraz Fontes, executado em uma emboscada no litoral paulista.
Em entrevista à imprensa sobre o caso ao lado de outras autoridades policiais, ele disse não ter dúvidas de que há envolvimento do crime organizado na execução. “Isso é um fato. A motivação é que ainda está em aberto”, disse Derrite .
Segundo o secretário, “a dúvida – e a gente não descarta as possibilidades – é se a execução foi motivada por combate ao crime organizado durante toda a carreira do delegado ou por conta da atuação atual como secretario na Praia Grande”, avaliou.
Os suspeitos, que são alvo de mandados de prisão e estão foragidos, são Felipe Avelino da Silva, conhecido no PCC como Masquerano, e Flávio Henrique Ferreira de Souza, 24 anos.
A polícia ainda apura quantas pessoas tiveram participação no crime. Uma das hipóteses investigadas é a de que o ex-delegado foi assassinado pelo PCC por seu histórico de combate à facção, que comanda o tráfico de drogas no estado e já o ameaçou de morte.
Outra é a de que o ex-policial possa ter sido emboscado e morto por desafetos em razão do seu trabalho como secretário em Praia Grande, cidade onde foi assassinado.
O ex-delegado tinha 64 anos e foi um dos responsáveis pela prisão de Marcos Willians Herbas Camacho, o Marcola, uma das principais lideranças do PCC.
