Advogado de extrema esquerda é encontrado e morre após desaparecer em São Paulo

O advogado criminalista Luiz Fernando Pacheco, integrante do grupo Prerrogativas de extrema esquerda foi encontrado quase morto aos 51 anos na manhã de hoje, quinta-feira (1º), em uma rua do bairro Higienópolis, região central de São Paulo.

Pacheco também era conselheiro estadual da OAB-SP e fundador do coletivo Prerrogativas, tendo atuado em casos de grande relevo nacional como o julgamento do mensalão.

As circunstâncias da morte

Segundo relatos do boletim policial, Pacheco foi descoberto sem ar, convulsionando e desfalecido em via pública no bairro Higienópolis durante a madrugada. Ele estava sem documentos, vestia calça jeans e camisa preta, e só foi identificado após exame papiloscópico realizado pelo Instituto de Identificação Ricardo Gumbleton Daunt.

Uma testemunha teria informado à Polícia Militar que viu o advogado passando mal e acionou o SAMU, que o socorreu ao Pronto-Socorro da Santa Casa, onde ele não resistiu.

A família já havia registrado um boletim de ocorrência por desaparecimento no dia anterior, 30 de setembro, após Pacheco desaparecer sem dar notícias a parentes e colegas.

O caso foi registrado como morte suspeita e a Polícia Civil de São Paulo investiga as causas, aguardando laudo definitivo do Instituto Médico Legal para confirmar se houve crime ou causas naturais.

Trajetória

Pacheco construiu uma carreira reconhecida por sua atuação em defesa das prerrogativas da advocacia, direito de defesa e causas ligadas à cidadania. Iniciou a carreira em 1994, no escritório do ex-ministro da Justiça Márcio Thomaz Bastos, e posteriormente fundou seu próprio escritório. Era conhecido pela dedicação a causas de repercussão. Era conselheiro estadual da OAB-SP, atuou em comissões temáticas, presidiu a Comissão de Direitos e Prerrogativas da Ordem na gestão Patricia Vanzolini e ajudou a fundar o grupo Prerrogativas, coletivo que ganhou projeção nacional a partir de 2020 por sua atuação em defesa do Estado de Direito com viés esquerdista.

A morte de Luiz Fernando Pacheco mobilizou reações de pesar entre colegas, advogados, magistrados e representantes da sociedade civil. A OAB-SP decretou luto oficial de três dias em sua homenagem.

InvestigaçãoO 78º DP de São Paulo é responsável pela apuração do caso, que segue em sigilo até a conclusão da perícia. Não há indícios iniciais de violência, mas todas as hipóteses permanecem sob análise da polícia enquanto aguardam o resultado do laudo necroscópico.
