Parlamentares também aprovaram a convocação de dois ex-diretores do BC envolvidos no Caso Master
A CPI do Crime Organizado aprovou nesta quarta-feira (11) a quebra de sigilos bancário e fiscal de Fabiano Campos Zettel, cunhado de Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Banco Master.
Foram convocados dois ex-integrantes da diretoria do Banco Central investigados: o ex-diretor de fiscalização Paulo Sérgio Neves de Souza e o ex-servidor Belline Santana. Segundo a PF, eles mantinham relação direta com o Vorcado e faziam “consultoria informal” para o banqueiro em processos dentro da instituição e terão de depor na CPI.
A CPi também quebrou o sigilo de empresas citadas da Polícia Federal na investigação sobre fraudes no Master.
As empresas que tiveram requerimento de quebra de sigilos aprovados são Varajo Consultoria, g Participações Imobiliárias e King Locação de Veículos. A Varajo Consultoria teria sido usada para o pagamento de propinas ao servidor do Banco Central Belline Santana, em esquema operacionalizado por Leonardo Palhares.
Fabiano Zettel é casado com Natália Vorcaro, irmã do banqueiro. Ele é pastor e empresário, considerado um dos homens de confiança de Vorcaro. Na última quarta-feira (4), entregou-se à Polícia Federal (PF) após ser alvo de uma nova fase da operação Compliance Zero.
A CPI também solicitou ao ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal André Mendonça o envio de informações e provas já reunidas em investigações relacionadas ao Banco Master.
Ainda na manhã de hoje, a CPI também pediu ao STF documentos encaminhados pela Polícia Federal sobre a morte de Luiz Philippi Machado de Moraes Mourão, o Sicário, investigado na Operação Compliance Zero.
