A Polícia Federal investiga se dinheiro desviado dos aposentados do INSS ajudou a pagar viagens internacionais de Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, o Lulinha, filho do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).
A investigação cruza informações de uma agência de viagens que já foi usada por Lulinha.
A suspeita surgiu quando os investigadores da PF notaram uma coincidência entre repasses de Antônio Carlos Camilo Antunes, o “Careca do INSS”, à empresa de uma amiga de Lulinha, Roberta Luchsinger e pagamentos feitos por ela à agência de viagens. Na mesma época em que o empresário repassou mais de R$ 1 milhão para Roberta, ela pagou R$ 640 mil para a agência.
Ao todo, investigadores da PF encontraram cinco pagamentos do Careca do INSS para Roberta, de R$ 300 mil cada – um total de R$ 1,5 milhão entre novembro de 2024 e março de 2025. Segundo a Polícia Federal, em uma mensagem apreendida, Antônio Camilo faz referência à necessidade de se fazer mais uma parcela de pagamento de R$ 300 mil. Ao ser indagado pelo ex-sócio Milton Salvador acerca de quem seria o destinatário dos valores, Antônio Camilo responde: “O filho do rapaz”.
Em seguida, Milton junta uma mensagem dirigida a Camilo comprovando o pagamento de R$ 300 mil para a RL Consultoria e Intermediações Ltda., quantia que seria destinada, pelo sentido das mensagens, segundo as investigações, ao “filho do rapaz”. Os donos da RL Consultoria são Roberta Luchsinger e o pai dela, Roberto Luchsinger. A PF quer saber agora quem é o “filho do rapaz”.
Em depoimento à PP, um ex-funcionário do Careca do INSS afirmou que ouviu do empresário que ele pagava uma mesada de R$ 300 mil para Lulinha. A defesa de Lulinha nega. Durante a análise da quebra do sigilo bancário de Lulinha, a PF não encontrou pagamentos do Careca do INSS. Documentos da investigação mostram a suspeita da Polícia Federal de que a amiga de Lulinha teria feito parte de um esquema de lavagem do dinheiro desviado do INSS.
