O hacker, falsificador e estelionatário, Walter Delgatti afirmou em depoimento à Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) do 8 de janeiro que o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) lhe disse que obteve um grampo do ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes. A declaração de Bolsonaro teria ocorrido durante uma ligação mediada pela deputada Carla Zambelli (PL-SP).
“Nesse grampo teriam conversas comprometedoras do ministro e ele [Bolsonaro] precisava que eu assumisse esse grampo. A informação que eu tenho é que ele já estava grampeado. Já existia o grampo. Segundo ele [Bolsonaro], naquela data, havia um grampo concluído”, disse o hacker
Ainda de acordo com Delgatti, partiu da Zambelli o pedido para que ele invadisse os sistemas de órgãos do Poder Judiciário. “Fiquei por 4 meses na intranet (sistema interno de comunicação) da Justiça Brasileira, no CNJ e no TSE”, completou.
Delgatti disse ainda que Bolsonarolhe prometeu um indulto, caso ele fosse preso por invadir as urnas eletrônicas. Segundo o hacker, a promessa foi feita durante reunião no Palácio da Alvorada, próximo às eleições do ano passado. Delgatti afirmou que Bolsoanro pediu para ele assumir o grampo feito ao ministro do STF, caso, o grampo fosse descoberto.
“[Bolsonaro disse] ‘Não entendo nada da parte técnica, preciso que você vá ao Ministério da Defesa e converse com os técnicos’. A ideia era que eu receberia um indulto do presidente”, afirmou o hacker.
Delgatti disse que chegou a ir quatro vezes ao Ministério da Defesa a pedido de Bolsonaro. Ele disse que participou de reuniões com o então ministro Paulo Sérgio Nogueira e ministros da pasta.
