Militar é ex-diretor de Logística do Ministério da Saúde
A Polícia Federal deflagrou nesta sexta-feira (29) a 18ª fase da Operação Lesa Pátria para identificar participantes dos atos de 8 de janeiro.
Por determinação do Supremo Tribunal Federal, os agentes cumprem um mandado de busca e apreensão em Brasília. Também foi ordenado o bloqueio de ativos e valores do investigado.
O alvo da operação é o general da reserva Ridauto Lúcio Fernandes, acusado de participação na invasão das sedes dos três Poderes.
Ligado a Eduardo Pazuello, o militar é ex-diretor de Logística do Ministério da Saúde e ficou no cargo entre julho de 2021 e dezembro de 2022.
A nova fase da operação Lesa Pátria faz parte de uma frente da investigação que busca identificar supostos integrantes das Forças Especiais do Exército que teriam dado início às invasões às sedes dos Três Poderes.
Imagens apontariam para a ação de primeiros vândalos, usando balaclava e luvas, abrindo passagem para o restante dos vândalos pelo teto do Congresso Nacional, segundo fontes.
