A Proposta de Emenda à Constituição (PEC) aprovada nesta quarta-feira (13) pela Câmara dos Deputados permite a decretação de “estado de emergência” no país a fim de contornar a legislação, que proíbe a geração de novas despesas em ano eleitoral. - Etanol: Repasse de até R$ 3,8 bilhões, por meio de créditos tributários, para a manutenção da competitividade do etanol sobre a gasolina.
- Transporte gratuito de idosos: compensação aos estados para atender a gratuidade, já prevista em lei, do transporte público de idosos (custo estimado: R$ 2,5 bilhões);
