A esposa do delator da Caixa de Pandora, Durval Barbosa Rodrigues, 70 anos, foi autuada em flagrante por tentativa de homicídio após esfaquear o marido no abdômen. O crime ocorreu no apartamento do casal, na tarde desta segunda-feira (19).
Fernanda Barbosa, 26 anos, deve ser encaminhada à carceragem da Polícia Civil do DF (PCDF). Antes, passará por exame de corpo de delito no Instituto Médico Legal (IML). A audiência de custódia está marcada para esta terça (20). Se condenada, Fernanda pode pegar pena que varia de 6 a 12 anos de prisão.
A mulher apresenta lesões compatíveis com as de agressões físicas. De acordo com a Polícia Militar do DF, uma guarnição foi acionada para atender ocorrência de violência doméstica e, quando os PMs chegaram ao local, viram Durval sangrando após levar uma facada no abdômen.
Aos militares, Fernanda disse que ela e o marido teriam começado a brigar e, para se defender, desferiu o golpe com a arma branca. Durval foi socorrido pelo Corpo de Bombeiros e conduzido ao Hospital Regional da Asa Norte (Hran).
Segundo o delegado adjunto da 1ª DP, Maurício Iacozzilli, Durval sofreu ferimentos superficiais e seu quadro é estável.

Quem é Durval Barbosa
Ex-delegado da Polícia Civil do DF (PCDF) e ex-secretário de Relações Institucionais do Governo do Distrito Federal (GDF) da gestão de José Roberto Arruda (PL), Durval foi delator do esquema que resultou na Operação Caixa de Pandora, também conhecido como Mensalão do DEM.
Ele foi pioneiro no instituto da delação premiada. Na época, gravou políticos em situações comprometedores. O material revelou o maior esquema de corrupção já conhecido do Distrito Federal. Em um dos vídeos mais emblemáticos, Arruda aparece recebendo das mãos de Durval um pacote de dinheiro.
