Medida Provisória publicada no Diário Oficial da União, nesta segunda-feira (29), abre espaço no Orçamento de 2023 para ações que visem combater e mitigar os efeitos da pandemia no setor cultural
A MP abre R$ 3,862 bilhões no Orçamento da União do próximo ano. O objetivo é a “aplicação em ações que visem combater e mitigar os efeitos da pandemia da covid-19 sobre o setor cultural”.
O texto também passa a abrir nos próximos textos de Orçamento o montante de R$ 3 bilhões para o financiamento da cultura, por meio da Lei Aldir Blanc. Pelo texto, o montante será destinado anualmente até o ano de 2028.
O governo também destinou R$ 2,5 bilhões para o setor de eventos no Orçamento de 2023. Nos dois casos, o texto prevê que o valor pode ser usado em 2024 caso ele não seja utilizado totalmente no ano que vem.
A Medida Provisória agora será analisada pelo Congresso Nacional.
