Bispo abençoa candidatos que participaram do culto
A ex-ministra da Mulher e Cidadania e candidata ao Senado Federal por Brasília, Damares Alves (Republicanos-DF) participou junto com a primeira-dama Michelle Bolsonaro e com a deputada federal Celina Leão (Progressistas-DF) e vice na chapa de reeleição do governador do Distrito Federal, Ibaneis Rocha (MDB) e outros aliados do governo, de um culto que aconteceu na igreja evangélica Sara Nossa Terra, nesta quinta-feira (29).
Durante o culto que aconteceu em um dos maiores colégios eleitorais do Distrito Federal, a cidade satélite de Ceilândia, o pastor Robson Rodovalho pediu em oração, bençãos para os candidatos ali presentes.
A maioria das denominações evangélicas no Distrito Federal já definiram o nome de Damares como a candidata de preferência para as eleições deste ano.
Ex-ministras do governo Jair Bolsonaro, Damares Alves, que comandou a pasta da Mulher, e Flávia Arruda, ex-chefe da Secretaria de Governo, dividem as intenções dos votos conservadores na disputa pelo Senado no Distrito Federal. Damares é candidata pelo Republicanos, e Flávia Arruda pelo PL. As duas reivindicam o apoio de Bolsonaro. Em uma unidade da federação na qual a preferência do eleitor tem apontado para Bolsonaro como candidato favorito à Presidência, Damares e Flávia dividem a maioria dos votos dos eleitores.
Damares é a candidata de Bolsonaro ao Senado, apesar de Arruda fazer parte do jogo.
A presença constante de Damares Alves em eventos com a primeira Dama, Michelle Bolsonaro, e até mesmo em atos com o presidente, Jair Bolsonaro, por si só, diria quem é a candidata do Palácio do Planalto para o Senado, pelo Distrito Federal.
Damares é candidata em chapa avulsa e enfrenta Flávia Arruda, que não recebe apoio da primeira Dama, nem do presidente.
