Governo pagou por carne de pescoço de galinha superfaturada e produto não chegou até indígenas da região do Rio Madeira, no Amazonas
Segundo uma investigação do jornal O Estado de São Paulo, oOl governo do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) comprou carne de pescoço de galinha superfaturada para indígenas da etnia Mura, na região de Manicoré, no Amazonas.
Segundo apuração do Estadão, a Fundação Nacional dos Indígenas (Funai) comprou a carne de pescoço a R$ 260 o quilo, sendo que, à mesma época, o preço médio era de R$ 10,7 em outros contratos.
Além disso, a Funai de Bolsonaro também teria comprado toneladas de carne para indígenas que não chegaram ao destino final. Os indígenas da região relataram que receberam apenas arroz, feijão, macarrão, farinha de milho, leite e açúcar .
De acordo com a reportagem, entre 2020 e 2022, a Funai comprou R$ 927,5 mil em carnes para os povos indígenas de Manicoré, sendo que R$ 5,2 mil eram referentes a 20 Kg de carne de pescoço de galinha, que também não teria sido entregue. Quem comandava a Funai na região à época era o capitão do Exército Cláudio da Rocha.
As carnes de pescoço foram compradas de uma empresa de Herivaneo Vieira de Oliveira Júnior, 23 anos. Na verdade, a companhia é administrada pelo pai dele, o ex-prefeito de Humaitá (AM) Harivaneo Vieira de Oliveira (PL).
Quando era prefeito, em 2018, Harivaneo pai acabou preso por ataques a órgãos ambientais. Ele foi acusado de ter incentivado a reação violenta contra operação que fiscalizava o garimpo de ouro no Rio Madeira.
Para o Estadão, o ex-prefeito disse que tudo foi entregue aos indígenas conforme nota fiscal. Sobre a carne de pescoço, ele acredita que pode ter sido um erro nas notas de pagamento.
Já as toneladas de carne que não teriam sido entregues são da empresa Loja do Crente Rei da Glória, de propriedade de Samuel de Souza Matos, que não se manifestou. A gestão da Funai de Bolsonaro e a atual do governo Lula não se manifestaram também.
